  1. 3km SE from York St. From the city centre round-about at York Street, turn into St Emilie
     Way. Turn left on that round-about and you will need to continue straight on Middleton Beach Road. Just past Eyres Park and Middleton Beach Bowling Club,turn right at the round-about. You have now entered Golf Links Road and we are number 13 Golflinks Road.
