  1. 3km SE from York St. From the city centre round-about at York Street, turn into St Emilie
     Way. Turn left on that round-about and you will need to continue straight on Middleton Beach Road. Just past Eyres Park and Middleton Beach Bowling Club,turn right at the round-about. You have now entered Golf Links Road and we are number 13 Golflinks Road.

     *CANCELLATION POLICY*
     Deposits paid are non refundable. If canceling your stay 60 days or less prior to your arrival date, One nights accommodation will be charged. If canceling your accommodation 61 days and over prior to your stay, 50% of the first nights accommodation will be charged. No pets allowed. Please note - Once you have booked accommodation it is deemed that the Terms and Conditions have been accepted.

  1. IF CANCELLING YOUR STAY 31 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE, ONE NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION WILL BE CHARGED. IF CANCELLING 31 DAYS AND OVER PRIOR TO YOUR STAY, 50% OF THE FIRST NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION WILL BE CHARGED. ONCE YOU HAVE CHECKED IN, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF YOU MAKE ANY CANCELLATION TO YOUR STAY.
